Processing/Shipping

All orders are picked and processed between 24 hours. Upon your orders readiness you will be emailed a tracking number to view the order status.

Order Tracking:

You will receive an email from desishopusa.com via email once your order has been packed and shipped to the designated address.

Back Orders and Out of Stock Product:

Back orders may occur on some items during heightened seasonal buying periods, therefore in the event any product is not reasonably available, we will inform you. We make every effort to contact the customer as soon as we become aware of an item out of stock or anticipate a shipping delay. If a product is on back order or pre-order status to our knowledge we make every effort to have this information on the item’s product page.

Cancellation Policy:

On all shipments to customers, desishopusa.com incurs handling costs. If your order is Cancelled, we will charge a flat rate of 10$ for cancelled orders.

Sales Tax:

We are required by law to charge 7% state sales tax on orders and applicable state’s sales tax where the order is being delivered.

Return Policies:

No Returns/Exchanges will be allowed on any items until notified, due to the current COVID-19 situation keeping in mind the health of the Customers/Employees.
